Ronald joined Drucker & Scaccetti (D&S) in 2021 as Director of International Tax. In his role, he provides tax planning, tax compliance and business consulting services to a broad base of clients including multinational corporations, partnerships, S Corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
With more than 15 years of experience, Ronald began his career in New York where he gained extensive federal and international tax experience focusing on corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and both inbound and outbound investments. He has extensive experience in U.S. tax issues related to multinational cross-border transactions as well as various tax planning strategies for U.S. and international clients.
Prior to joining D&S, Ronald served as tax counsel for various healthcare corporations, real estate investment entities, nonprofits, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds, where he advised clients on tax structuring, international tax issues, general tax planning strategies, and drafted various LLC operating agreements and amendments.
Ronald holds a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University in Uganda, where he was ranked first in his class. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Ronald currently resides in Maryland. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his kids and watching soccer.
