Michael has been a practicing tax professional in the field of public accounting for over 25 years, including experience with national and regional firms. He possesses a unique combination of expertise in the areas of business, individual, estate and gift tax planning and consulting services on matters such as business formation, mergers and acquisitions, international and succession planning. Michael has serviced clients in industries including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, investment partnerships and government contractors. Michael presents taxation courses on a wide variety of subjects. He obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree and Masters in Taxation Degree from Temple University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Personal Information

Michael is a native of Philadelphia and continues to reside there with his wife and children. He is also active in various community organizations and professional organizations.
